Image Pipeline Lead, Industrial Light & Magic
Jeroen Schulte studied at the Graphic School of Arts in Amsterdam, where he trained in various traditional arts and graduated with honors. He was one of the first graduates from the school to graduate with a degree in Multi-media design.
Currently based in San Francisco, Jeroen is an accomplished Senior Compositor. Before joining ILM, Jeroen worked as Lead Flame and Head of Systems for Condor Digital. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercials, films and music promos for a diverse range of internationally known clients.
Jeroen joined ILM in 2009 as a Software Engineer for ILM's Sabre high-speed compositing system and Digital Artist and has worked on such projects as Super 8, Rango, Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Marvel's The Avengers. Jeroen lives in San Francisco with his wife Anke.
VFX Supervisor & Co-Founder, Important Looking Pirates
Niklas Jacobson is a dedicated CG professional with over a decade of experience in companies such as Double Negative, Visualart, and his own VFX studio Important Looking Pirates.
At FMX 2013 Niklas will talk about the visual effects shots which ILP created in the Norwegian epic feature film Kon-Tiki, which just was just released in Germany. He will also talk about the software and hardware pipeline ILP has in place.
V-Ray Master Trainer: Chaos Group
Konstantin is talented 3D artist and V-Ray Master Trainer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and production experience and teaches at key events around the globe. At FMX 2013 Konstantin will host a master class and show how to build a complete lighting and shading pipeline with V-Ray.
